    Service Availability

    Services are available throughout Jamaica with launch scheduled for December 2025. Service availability may be limited in certain areas and is subject to our operational capacity.

    3. User Responsibilities

    Property Access Obligations

    As a client, you are responsible for:

  • •  Providing accurate access codes, keys, and entry instructions
  • •  Notifying tenants or occupants of scheduled service visits

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Limitation Scope

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, 876 OPM shall not be liable for: •  Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • •  Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
  • •  Damage caused by third-party contractors or service providers
  • Maximum Liability

    Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or JMD $100,000, whichever is less.

    Insurance Coverage

    We maintain appropriate business insurance coverage. Insurance claims must be reported promptly and may be subject to deductibles and coverage limitations.

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 876 OPM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

    9. Termination

    Termination by You

    You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided or scheduled services that cannot be reasonably canceled.

    Termination by 876 OPM

    We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if: •  You violate these Terms or our policies
  • •  You fail to pay for services as agreed
  • •  You provide false or misleading information
  • •  Your actions endanger our staff or other clients
  • •  Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate termination
  • Effect of Termination

    Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions regarding payment obligations, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification will survive termination.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Jamaica for the resolution of any disputes.

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
